Quick turn:

The defective device is shipped at your expense to one of BLM's depot repair centers. They repair the device and do a thorough inspection including testing, cleaning, adjustments and lubrication. BLM will complete the service and ship the device within three business days of receipt via UPS ground shipment. This pricing includes all parts and labor. Exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse.
Per Incident (per device): $90
Contracted (per scanner per year): $55

Advance unit exchange:

Notify BLM of a defective device by telephone, e-mail, or by opening a service call through their secure web portal. They will ship an identical replacement device to you the next business day. Pricing includes all parts, labor, equipment sparing and shipping. Exclusions apply including acts of God, replacement of consumables and user abuse.
